Odinaka Ali,a 25 year old woman and mother of three was arrested by National Agency for the prohibition of trafficking in persons (NAPTIP) in Ebonyi state for allegedly at tempting to sell her children.
According to her,she was living with her husband in Enugu before he abandoned them. She said she started soing menial jobs with her little children to enable her feed them and she kept doing this till it became difficult for her and she decided to return to the village..
"I had no intention of selling them because I passed through caesarian operation before giving birth to them"
According to her,she met a girl who sells food in a restaurant and she narrated her problem and the girl promised to assist her before she was being caught .
